A while ago, I surpassed the 1 million view mark. I was so busy staying consistent and working the formula. I actually stupidly grazed right passed it-

I started getting asked by agents I’ve never met before if I would do videos of their listings. I felt like I finally got there you know? Touring multi-million dollar properties, historic masterpieces, one of a kind estates. It was pretty dang cool.

Telling stories has always been something I loved to do from being in theater and drama in high school to film projects in college and then somewhere along the way forgetting about why those things made me so happy. I love real estate, I love the stories I get to be a part of and the lives I get to change. But I also started to discover every house has a story too..

I’m building a course. Yes, I know, the world needs another online course.

I’m doing this fundamentally because I can’t tell all the stories, and the things I’ve learned how to do well I think will benefit others in the same space. I will be of course, charging money for this because it has taken several years of my life, countless rejections, and most of my real estate career along with my background in film and thousands of dollars in coaching for me to figure it out. It has value.

I’ve been getting a lot of interest from historic homeowners or folks who are interested in owning or restoring a historic home. 🏠
It is not at all typical and can have some unique qualities and systems that should be considered before making that kind of commitment and investment in time and money.

💰 When we own a historic property, we become more of a caretaker and a custodian rather than a homeowner. It has tons of upside and reward as well as exclusivity and one of a kind value. It is definitely not for the faint of heart though, and you want to be prepared and ready for all that comes with it.

Another sold one for the books! This was a fast off market trustee sale ✨
