First day of coaching and my heart is already full. 💗

Today kicked off the new season of Girls on the Run and the cuteness overload is REAL!

Beyond the smiles and energy, this program is so special.

GOTR helps girls build confidence, practice teamwork, develop healthy habits, and learn how to stand up for themselves and others.

Through movement and meaningful conversations, they’re gaining tools that will stick with them for life.

Met a new “client” last week — very low maintenance, great listener, zero drama… honestly 10/10 would schedule again. 🤣

But in all seriousness, some of the best real estate conversations don’t happen at open houses… they happen over coffee. No pressure. No sales pitch. Just real talk about goals, timing, equity, the “what ifs,” and the “somedays.”

Railay Beach is the kind of place that makes you question getting on your return flight.

Quiet stretches of white sand. Clear blue water that doesn’t even look real. Long-tail boats floating by like a postcard.

By day: rock climbing epic limestone cliffs, monkeys casually living their best lives, and visiting an elephant sanctuary that stole my heart.

By night: Walking Street chaos — vendors, characters, shenanigans… drinks, massages, and yes… maybe a tattoo or two 😜

First time rock climbing and in Krabi, Thailand… and I can officially say I’m hooked. 🧗🏻‍♀️
There’s something about being on that wall — heart pounding, hands chalked up, trusting your grip, your feet, and yourself — with the most unreal limestone cliffs and turquoise water behind you. Equal parts terrifying and empowering.
I didn’t know if I could do it. But I did. And that feeling at the top? Worth every shaky step.

Happy Gotcha Day to Olive!!
1 year ago today I drove across town in the pouring rain to "just look" at a Pom puppy. One look and I was a goner. Next words out of my mouth were, "do you take Venmo?"

Olive loves to cuddle, thinks she is a cat and makes me laugh every day... she is feisty, filled with sass and has that big, big energy!!
