More than half of the states had inventory levels in May 2024 that were more than 40% below pre-pandemic (shades of blue), and 9 had inventory levels that were more than 60% below pre-pandemic. Nearly one-third of the active listings in May 2024 came from two states: Florida (18%) and Texas (13%). Texas’ active inventory is now 2% ABOVE where it was in May 2019, and Florida’s active inventory is ONLY 4% below. Not surprisingly, it is in the ‘green states’ on the map that we are seeing the greatest pricing pressure in certain cities.

🎉 Celebrating my mom's 93rd Birthday with family! 🎈💖
⭐️⭐️⭐️Checkout what happened with the candles on the cake! 🔥🔥🔥🤣🎂🎉🔥🔥

It was a day filled with so much love, laughter, and cherished memories. Seeing my mom's beautiful smile as she blew out the candles on her cake warmed my heart. We shared stories, enjoyed delicious food, and spent quality time together, creating new memories to treasure.

To have all our loved ones gathered in one place, celebrating this special milestone with us, was truly a blessing. It reminded me of the importance of family and the joy that comes from being surrounded by those who love and support us unconditionally.

Mom, you are the epitome of strength, grace, and love. Thank you for all the love and guidance you've given us throughout the years. May this new year of your life be filled with happiness, good health, and countless blessings.
