He specializes in helping home sellers, home buyers, and investors with their real estate needs in Placer, Sacramento, and El Dorado Counties. I have been in the real estate industry since 1999. I started in the lending industry and in 2010 decided I would get my California Real Estate Sales License and start my own real estate business. I started full time in June of 2010 and have consistently grown my business year over year. 2016 was my fifth year in a row that I have ranked in the top 10% of all local real estate agents and brokers in both Placer and Sacramento Counties. I currently rank in the top 7% of all Realtors in the nation based on GCI. I primarily assisted buyers my first two years into starting my business. My business over the past two years has been split 50/50 between sellers and buyers. Currently the majority of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients.
