Best birthday present EVER!
This is absolutely my favorite origin story as far as clients go.
Most of you know I am a pop by queen and love to drop them off to my past clients several times a year. January of 2024 I went to hobby lobby to stock up on xmas items for pop by's the following year. Everything was 90% off and I was gathering items for my "make your own wreath" kits. Well this sweet young couple asked me why I had so much stuff in my carts (I was towing three of them) and I told them that I was a realtor and made pop by's for my clients. They thought that was so amazing and they started asking me about real estate. I told them they should start with a lender first and gave them a referral to one I trusted (Jeff Collins ) and went about my day.
Fast forward to March of this year and they reached out to Jeff to get some lending information. Once they saw they had sufficient buying power to move out of their apartment and into a home they contacted me. Flash forward further and after crunching numbers and getting them into a better buying position I found them an amazing home, fully updated, move in ready. They are expecting their first child in September and I can't be more thrilled they will bring their new baby into their first home.
THIS IS WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO! We are NOT all the same.
