Ralph and Tim have been friends since the early days of their childhood, growing up down the street from each other in Rocklin, Ca. Their strong ties and longevity in the community made them a natural fit to ultimately become real estate business partners...and remain so for over 20 years. Tim was born and raised in Rocklin as the son of a dentist and the youngest of four boys. Competitiveness and

drive was instilled at a very young age, first as a form of survival, but ultimately in his love of sports...football and baseball particularly. Tim was a three sport athlete at Roseville High School, graduating in 1984. He began coaching football right after graduation, while attending Sacramento State University, and has never looked back. He has a passion for the game, coaching youth and instilling the values that sports teaches to high school students. He feels very fortunate to work in a profession that also allows him to give back to the community through coaching. Tim is married to Christi and they have two children; Taylor, who currently attends Sacramento City College and Shaylen, who attends Brown Elementary. Taylor plays for Sac City and Shaylen plays for the Lady Magic (ASA). Ralph is also a Rocklin native. He is the youngest of eight children in the very Italian Martini household, led by the late Colonel Ralph Martini, Sr and his mother, Audrey. His close-knit family keeps him very busy with 7 brothers and sisters and 30+ nieces and nephews. Ralph has a storied background. After excelling in high school sports at Roseville High School (class of 1986), he went on to play football at BYU and San Jose State as a Quarterback, where he ultimately graduated. He went on to play football in the European league for Frankfurt Galaxy, and had a brief stint with the San Francisco 49ers. He ultimately found his way back ‘home’ where Tim encouraged him to get his real estate license. And the partnership was formed. And...on Friday nights during football season...you can find Ralph up on the headphones and Tim on the field...leading the JV Tigers to success. For the past 15 years, Ralph and Tim have awarded a $500 scholarship to a Roseville High School Senior athlete. Ralph and Tim help clients buy and sell homes all over the greater Sacramento area, including Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Loomis, Auburn, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Natomas, Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Orangevale to name a few. They are well versed and experienced with all types of real estate transactions, including traditional sales, short-sales and foreclosures. They are members of all of the important real estate boards
