You want to make sure that you're taking great care of one of the biggest investments in your life by maintaining it. A great way to do that is to create a home maintenance checklist. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

In some situations, the owners truly just want their home to go to someone who will love it just the same they did. Writing a letter to the owners introducing your family and explaining why you love the home can oftentimes work!⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

• Make sure your agent calls the listing agent.⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I will always make sure to call the listing agent and get some insight on what the sellers are looking for in an offer. Sometimes, you can win a multiple offer situation just off of the terms of the contracts alone, without paying a higher price.⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Enter my tip perfect for a weekend project ☺️: A new study looking at the impact of curb appeal found that the attractiveness of a home can boost its value by 7% or more. Want to get top dollar for your house? Mow the lawn. Go crazy and plants some pretty flowers. Pull the weeds and maybe power wash the garage door. Clean the cobwebs off the porch lights.
