This is the definition of being "Out of Touch" if not complete corruption. Posted by a friend and fellow landlord. Now thousands of landlords are in this position and losing their investment while tenants are never required to prove hardship. In the end, tenants will simply move out owing tens of thousands and landlords will be powerless to collect. Anyone think this is ok?

Another two months of me paying for two of my tenants living expense. Currently they owe over $15,000 in back rents and yet I still have to pay the mortgage, property taxes, insurance, and maintenance on the properties. They haven't paid in months. Hopefully the Government will right this wrong and pay their back rent and late fees! I cannot sustain this forever.
