It's been a busy couple of months in the Real Estate Market! It's been fun seeing a family go to a house with a pool, and another one move to where they want to raise their kids, helping a fellow Veteran and friend with yet another move, and yet another one purchase vacant land to make their family estate dreams come true. Those stories are truly what this is all about! Yes, rates are still fairly high, (at lease what we think of as high) but there are many reasons and strategies for buying and selling in this market. The last couple months have been busy wrapping up the year's work. The 2023 real estate market was an interesting animal! I was blessed to help so man people reach their real estate goals. What will 2024 bring? Rates are certainly heading in the right direction, hopefully they continue to improve. Here's to a great 2024 in the market!

Good information on our local markets. Definitely more listings currently than we had in the spring!

A snapshot of inventory today in the Sacramento region. Definitely more listings compared to spring, and still tighter under $500K. By the way, I added a few extra counties. Hope that resonates. Any thoughts?
