After college, Jill embarked on a corporate career as a Client Service Manager with a telecom company. There she learned a high sense of urgency, became an expert in client communication and learned how to maximize a budget. When she decided to begin her real estate career, these skills transferred in a big way.


“My clients expect superior service every time. That’s really my motto,” Jill explains. Her approach has worked with over 90% of her business coming from repeat clients and referrals. “The very first clients I served in 2005 just closed on their fourth transaction with me. I even get to serve the second generation of client’s families. It is an incredible honor and joy.”

Even with higher interest rates, the story across Rocklin, Roseville, Lincoln, and Granite Bay is clear:

Sales may be slightly lower in some areas, but not by much — and prices are still performing very well for sellers.
🔥 And then there’s Lincoln… making a standout run:
⬆️ 6.05% higher than March 2025
⬆️ 2.75% higher than March 2024
That’s a strong signal that buyers are still stepping in and values are holding.

🏀 March Madness Continues… And Rocklin Takes the Lead
We’ve now wrapped up the first three weeks of March, and just like March Madness — things are heating up.
Rocklin is making a strong move, with the average sales price jumping from $766,596 to $835,848 — a 9% increase compared to last week. That’s a big shift and shows buyers are still willing to compete for the right homes.
Roseville is also making a major play, with sales nearly doubling from 55 to 104 homes sold — an almost 90% increase, showing serious buyer activity and momentum.
Across the board, we’re continuing to see:
• Strong pending activity
• Consistent buyer demand
• Prices holding — and in some cases rising

March Madness… Real Estate Edition
As March Madness basketball tips off this week, the real estate market is showing a little madness of its own.
With the first two weeks of March already underway, the numbers are telling us something important — buyers are stepping onto the court and making moves.
Compared to February, we’re seeing strong pending activity, which means buyers are writing offers and homes are continuing to move as we head into the spring market. Inventory has started to grow slightly as more homes come on the market, which is typical for this time of year.
Prices across our local communities are holding steady overall, and the number of homes going pending shows that demand is still very much in the game.

📊 February Market Snapshot: Buyers Are Still Out There
Are buyers still purchasing homes in today’s market?
When we look at February sales over the past three years across Rocklin, Roseville, Lincoln, and Granite Bay, one thing is clear — buyers are still active and homes are continuing to sell.
• Granite Bay is booming with 15 sales and an average price of $1,590,333, outperforming both 2025 and 2024.
• Roseville saw a slight dip in average price, but sales volume remains strong.
• Rocklin dipped compared to 2024 but improved over 2025 while holding steady in the number of homes sold.
• Lincoln continues to show stable pricing and consistent activity.
What’s interesting is that the number of homes selling hasn’t declined the way many expected. Buyers are still out there, and the market is moving.
