Allana Jones was born in California and moved to Arizona in the second grade until 1994 when she moved back to California in the Rocklin/Roseville area. She loves the incredible sense of community around her, the great climate (especially the four seasons), and of course, the location! Reno, Tahoe, and the Bay Area are only two hours away, which makes for great weekend trips. Her love of the city and years or residency have made her an excellent guide for clients during their buying or selling experience. Allana’s education and career experience in marketing and business ownership have equipped her with impeccable skills for negotiation, market knowledge, and customer service. She worked for Bel Air Markets for eight years before moving to the Worker Compensation industry, where she worked for twelve years. Later, she earned a business degree while owning and operating a small business. With a husband who is a general contractor and a father in law in property management, Allana spent a great deal of time learning the field and working first hand with clients. She loved helping out because she felt she was making a difference. It was this aspect of the industry that led Allana to earn her real estate license. Loyal, hardworking, reliable, and honest are some of the traits Allana brings to the table. She prides herself on customer service and uses her knowledge of the area, resources in the industry, and determination to exceed client expectations. Plus, her affiliation with Chase International adds further value to her buyers and sellers. Their advanced technology package streamlines each and every transaction and provides the resources necessary for Allana to maximize effectiveness and efficiency while delivering professional results. Furthermore, Allana emphasizes the importance of communication and takes extra care to inform, educate, and listen to her clients, which allows her to effectively manage each transaction from start to finish. When she isn’t working with clients, Allana enjoys watching movies, spending time with family, traveling, and surfing!
