Real estate is not about the asset, it’s about the people. A big part of my job is recruiting and adding the right people to our brokerage. It helps that we are in a beautiful building with a coffee shop, and a gym, sure, but if you don’t continue to add the right people, the organization will decline. Real estate is not for the faint of heart; you need the right support to grow in a challenging market. In a dog-eat-dog business, it’s nice to have your own pack around you!
