Here in Sacramento the buyers who have been on the sidelines are stepping back into the water, and actually getting their offers accepted.
Inventory has doubled and sellers now need to do repairs and present their homes in a way that allows them to compete with other listings. I recommend going out with your realtor and touring the 7 other properties that will be competing with
your home. That way you will price it right from day one.

The playbook for selling a home needs a makeover, and often so do the houses.
