Carmen Gargani , Realtor Having parents who are both brokers and realtors, I have spent countless weekends sitting in the car I started my real estate career in 2004 in Placer County.

I handled many different aspects of Real Estate, first starting out as a receptionist moving on to transaction coordinator and assistant, negotiating short sales, training new realtors, and selling homes. Doing all the different aspects of real estate helped me have a wide knowledge that I now use with my clients. Holding hands with my clients and walking through the process of buying and selling is my passion. My husband joined the team in 2021 and we couldn't be more blessed to provide a smooth transaction process for our forever clients. Growing up around the industry really helped me understand the markets. Integrity, Honesty and Hard work are the foundation of my success. I am passionate about taking care of every detail of buying or selling a home. Being a Sacramento Masters Club recipient from 2015-2022 and recently earning their Life Membership status is a depiction of the level of service we have provided for our clients with all of their real estate needs and we look forward in doing the same for many more!

Lotus has had our hearts these last few weeks. ☀️

Soccer by the river, feet in the water, and the kids completely losing it catching crawdads — this is what summer in El Dorado County looks like and I'm not ready to let it go.

There's something about this area that slows everything down in the best way. The American River, the open space, the fact that you can be out in nature in 20 minutes flat — it never gets old.

Top 3 mistakes I see people make when they move to Sacramento 👇

I work with a lot of people relocating to the area — and these same three things come up over and over.

Mistake #1: Thinking one visit is enough.
A long weekend gives you the highlight reel. It doesn't show you the 7am commute, the grocery run, or what the neighborhood feels like on a Tuesday.

Mistake #2: Assuming every part of Sacramento feels the same.
Land Park vs. Natomas vs. El Dorado Hills vs. Folsom — they all look close on a map and feel completely different when you're actually living there. You need someone who knows the difference.
