Placer County has recently been classified as a "Boomburb" by ESRI, a global leader in Geographic Information Systems software and geodata. This designation reflects the county's rapid growth and evolving demographics, as detailed in recent data from ESRI. The term "Boomburb" is used to describe a suburban area experiencing significant expansion, characterized by its large population increase and development. Placer County's inclusion in this category highlights its dynamic socioeconomic landscape and the substantial changes it is undergoing as it continues to grow and attract new residents.



Boomburbs are new growth markets where young professionals have flocked, often drawn by the qualities of spacious living, ample job opportunities and a vibrant suburban lifestyle. This is an interesting visual of what the Roseville Real Estate Marketing Trend has been when comparing properties For Sale vs. Sold.
This includes all 3 Zip Codes in Roseville.
What I see is that Seller got more realistic in late March, so the gap closed.
It will be interesting to see what this Summer ends up looking like, because I keep seeing price reductions on properties and longer Days on Market.
The price reduction spiral is not something you want to do, as your strategy, it almost always results in a lower sale price.
