The sign just went up on a new listing in Natomas that will be hitting the market later this month. 🏡

On top of that, my buyers had their offer accepted last night on a beautiful home in East Sacramento! Excited for them as we get the next chapter started. ✍️

Looks like my golf days might be on hold for the next couple of weeks… 😢🏌🏽❌

One of my favorite parts of this industry is the negotiation. Every transaction comes with its own mini battles, and while the goal is always to reach an agreement that works for everyone, there’s nothing quite like seeing your client walk away feeling like they won the deal.

But once the dust settles, my favorite part comes after the closing. I genuinely enjoy putting thought into closing gifts and trying to find something that really hits the mark. It’s the final opportunity to make a lasting impression and thank my clients for trusting me through the process.

I’ve also been fortunate to receive some incredible gifts myself. I never give gifts expecting anything in return, which makes those unexpected gestures even more meaningful.

After a recent successful deal, one of my business partners surprised me with a bottle of whiskey that’s almost older than I am. ( I’m 28 if anyone asks 🤣 )

I’m incredibly grateful for the amazing clients and partners I get to work with, and I’m excited for everything the future has in store. Cheers to many more successful closings! 🥃

In my six years in real estate, I’ve had plenty of “firsts”... and today added a few more to the list.

🏡 My first LISTING closed with eXp Realty 🥳

📲 My first transaction with full control of the MLS from start to finish.

💰 My first investor client that I represented on both the purchase and the sale.

📑 My first time working with an escrow and different title company in same transaction... let’s just say I probably won’t be making that a habit. 😅

🏠 And my favorite first of all... the same day my client’s home officially closed, we’re already out looking at the next home the same day.

There’s never a dull moment in this business, and I’m grateful for every opportunity, every lesson, and every client who trusts me to be part of the journey.

A bittersweet moment... this flip is reaching the finish line. 🏁

I had the opportunity to watch this one from start to finish, and seeing the transformation has been incredibly rewarding.

All parties are thrilled with the outcome, and it’s been a great experience every step of the way.

The biggest surprise? I spent the entire transaction waiting for something to go sideways... and it never did. The buyers’ agent made the process smooth, professional, and completely drama-free. He even asked if we could close earlier than scheduled. 😵‍💫 I wasn’t sure how to react—I’m pretty sure my stress had nowhere to go.

Now I’m torn. Am I sad this project is coming to an end... or just excited to start hunting for the next one, or two, or 10?
