One thing I've learned after years in real estate is that the right people matter.

Today's team meeting is at my house. 😅 What I love most about the team is that we joke around, tell stories, and probably have a little too much fun. But when it's time to get to work, we get it done. We support one another, celebrate each other's wins, and help each other grow. That's the kind of culture we've built, and it's one of the things I love most about this team.

Every journey begins with someone who believes in you before you believe in yourself. My dad has been that person for me.

His guidance, wisdom, and unwavering work ethic inspired me to pursue real estate and continue growing every day. I stand on the shoulders of a man who showed me that success is not measured by what you gain, but by how many lives you impact along the way.

As my real estate investment mentor, he taught me the business. As my father, he taught me character, faith, resilience, and perseverance. His influence reaches far beyond my career, it shapes the person I strive to become every day.
