The latest MetroList data reveals some interesting trends across **Roseville and Granite Bay**, and the story isn't quite what many national headlines would have you believe.

Representing the sale of this longtime family home was especially meaningful. While the property presented unique challenges during the escrow process, thoughtful communication, persistence, and cooperation among all parties helped bring the transaction to a successful close.
