We all know the housing market has changed...quite quickly, too! I found this article interesting in a number of ways, particularly in the size of the median home that first-time homebuyers purchased this past year...what else do you find interesting about this article or our current housing market?

The age of a first-time homebuyer also rose, with the typical age reaching 36 years old, up from 33 last year.
