Today we celebrate the strength, resilience, and impact of women everywhere. As a mother to four incredible daughters, a brand new grandmother to a beautiful baby girl, and a woman who has spent the last 22 years building my business as a full-time Realtor and entrepreneur, this day means a lot to me.

I’ve had the privilege of helping so many families find their homes, while also showing my girls what it looks like to build something of your own with determination, integrity, and heart. Being a woman in business isn’t always easy—but it’s powerful, and it’s worth it.

To my daughters, my granddaughter, and to every woman chasing her dreams, building a career, raising a family, or doing all of the above—you are strong, capable, and inspiring in ways that matter more than you know.
