Woop 🙌 this first one was 🫠🫣😬to the very end. But we made it through and this listing in Roseville is SOLD!!
Not every transaction is an easy one and this one certainly had some hurdles (10 day all cash close that found mold on final walk through inspection and then seller had to do full kitchen remediation). We helped stage, clean, carpets cleaned, did all our pre inspections, the navigate complex contract issues with basically a kitchen remodel mid contract, helped haul final debris off all the way to CLOSED! 💥🙌
The pending house 🏡 is just a steal of a deal. Located on a huge lot in Auburn with beautiful 🤩 views and all the room to relocate not just the immediate family but the MIL as well. Room for all the activities in this one! 😍
