After 17 years as an appraiser, she decided to switch her focus to follow her passion of helping people buy and sell real estate. She currently holds an appraiser license as well as a MN sales person license which makes her very knowledgeable with current market trends. She can help you determine the current value of your home as well as determine an as repaired value for those who are looking at remodeling and/or renovating properties. If you are considering buying, selling or are just curious about the current market, she can help. Chris Hanson is a Buyers agent with Melissa's team. He is Melissa's son and specializes in helping first time home buyers. Chris got into real estate right out of high school and loves helping buyers find their forever home. He is very determined to make a name for himself in this business and ensures that his clients are well taken care of. Pam Daiker is Melissa's Transaction Coordinator. She oversees all aspects of both buyer and seller transactions from the purchase agreement to closing. She coordinates with the title company and ensures the appraisal and inspection process is as smooth as possible. She recently received her Bachelors degree from the University of St. Thomas in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing Management.
