Just sold this beautiful home in the Courtside Community of Johnson Ranch. I met the seller from a market report that I send out every month. We met at the house and talked about what they were planning to do. I made some recommendations on what was needed drive the most interest to the property. The seller agreed to the changes and we hired Premier Home Staging to stage the house and be ready for the photographer. We were on the market for 1 day and the seller received an offer they could not refuse at $125k over the asking price. All things lined up perfectly and this one closed in 21 days. Needless to say my seller was thrilled. This is my 3rd house I've sold in this neighborhood that sold for way over the list price.
