33rd Annual Hot Chili & Cool Cars is an event in Rocklin I look forward to every year. Great cars, chili cook off, tons of people out and about, and just a really fun day in Rocklin.

🚗 Friday, September 18 at 6 PM
The weekend kicks off with the Classic Car Cruise on Front Street.

🌶️ Saturday, September 19 | 10 AM–3 PM

The main event takes over Quarry Park and Rocklin Road with the car show and chili cook-off.

This Lakeport closing had so many connections back to my Sonoma County roots...friends, family, old relationships, and new ones all somehow crossing paths in one transaction.

It’s one of my favorite things about doing this for as long as I have. You never know when a connection from years ago is going to come full circle.

And somehow, we pulled it all together and closed in THREE days! 🙌

Definitely one of those transactions I won’t forget anytime soon.

Two offers accepted this week! 🙌🏡

The first is 126 El Verano Way in Yuba City. This client came to me through a referral, and I’m helping her move into a 55+ community so she can be closer to her family. We found the right one and our offer is officially accepted!

And then there’s 4101 Bannister Road in Fair Oaks… our next flip! 🔨

I’ve been working with these investors for over a decade, and we’ve flipped a lot of houses together over the years. It’s always fun when we find the next one and get to start all over again.

Two completely different transactions, and both officially under contract. 🎉

If you love plants, pottery and finding those little things that make your home and garden feel special, you could spend a LOT of time here. 🌿

The Secret Garden in Elk Grove is one of those places where you want to wander every aisle because there’s always something else to see.

Succulents, houseplants, beautiful pottery, fountains, garden decor, gifts…there’s a little bit of everything. And I always love finding places that give me new ideas for my own home and garden.

Definitely one to add to your list if you’re in the area.

Years ago, I sold my clients’ home in Folsom when they made the move to Arizona.

Fast forward a few years, and they were ready for another big move…this time to Florida. 🌴

And even though they were states away, they called me.
