Got this photo and just got excited for the season. The feeling of cool air as the sun rises in the morning and seeing a couple giant bucks out in the field at first light through a little bit of fog. Mornings like this create memories that last a lifetime. If you have hunted whitetails and have had this experience you know what I am talking about.

This buck has one heck of typical frame with incredible beam length. Bucks like this are what Wilderness Whitetails is famous for. A year ago he was a beautiful typical scoring right around 200". He managed to disappear for the majority of the hunting season and this year looks to have gotten considerably bigger.

Back in 2024 I got this video of a giant non typical. We hunted this guy all of 2024 and 2025 with no luck. I just got my first clip of him this summer as a 6 1/2 year old. Same look just bigger. Bucks like this become legendary at Wilderness Whitetails. It will be a pretty awesome feeling when one of our clients finally connects with him. Bucks like this is what makes Wilderness Whitetails such a special place to hunt!
