Spring always has a way of signaling a shift, even when the weather hasn’t quite caught up yet.
While it may not fully feel like spring outside, the spring market has already begun. This year’s momentum was pushed back a bit due to the extended stretch of snow, but we are now seeing activity pick up in a meaningful way. New listings are coming on daily, buyer demand is building, and we have a strong pipeline preparing to hit the market in the coming weeks.
This is a key window. Inventory remains relatively tight, creating opportunity for sellers who are positioned correctly. As more homes come online, competition will increase, making pricing, presentation, and timing critical to achieving the strongest result.
The season is building, and all signs point to a very active market ahead.
