To get to RiverView Apartments from I-75 during Dixie Hwy/Superior Street construction:

Easiest/Fewer turns - Get off at the Buck Road exit 197. Go West on Buck to Lime City Road roundabout. Take 1st roundabout exit to go North on Lime City Road. Follow Lime City to Dixie Highway (State Route 65) roundabout. Take 3rd roundabout exit to go South on Dixie Hwy (SR65). Go .2 mile, take right into RiverView Apartments.

Alternate: Get off at Wales Road exit 198, go West on Wales to Glenwood. Take left on to Glenwood. Go .2 mile, take right on Schreier. Take Schreier to Lime City Road. Take right (North) on Lime City to Dixie Hwy (State Route 65) roundabout. Take 3rd roundabout exit to go South on Dixie Hwy (SR65). Go .2 mile, take right into RiverView Apartments.

Maintenance Technician - Apartments - Experienced

Oak Hill Investment is looking for a full time property maintenance person.

This position will work on day to day preventative maintenance, maintenance requests, carpentry projects and unit turnover along with the general upkeep of residential apartment building and homes. We are looking for someone who is experience and knowledge of minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. We are also looking for someone reliable and a team player.

This position may require driving to different apartment sites throughout the day. Applicant must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle . Applicant also must have their own tools and be able to pass a criminal background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Wages commensurate with experience $17 - $25/hour

We are first come, first served, and our apartments tend to go fast.

You may come for a tour of the apartment and our lovely complex, see the pool area, and our community deck on the river.

Walk-ins ARE welcome, but as our hours currently vary, we recommend calling ahead. Apartments usually get taken quickly.

We are located at 109 Cove Lane, Rossford, OH 43460.

We are all electric, have laundry facilities in every building, and have 24-hour emergency maintenance. We pay for water, sewer, and garbage fees. You would pay for your own electric bill.

We are cat-friendly with additional costs, $300 pet deposit for one cat, $400 for two, plus $35/month per cat.

We are in lovely Rossford, Ohio, minutes from Hollywood Casino, convenient to Downtown Toledo, Bowling Green, and Perrysburg. Visit the casino, Bass Pro Shops, Camping World, the Crossroads Centre shopping, and everything in between. The Downtown area plays host to local shops, restaurants, and taverns with Veterans Memorial Park and Marina just down the street on the banks of the Maumee River. We now have a DORA area in downtown Rossford.

You can easily explore further in Toledo and the surrounding area, then head back to Rossford to relax.

With our sparkling pool, green space/picnic area, and community deck that overlooks the river, you cannot find a more charming place to live!
