Can y’all believe it’s already April?! I truly cannot. I will say I am loving all the spring blooms 🌷

Let’s take a look at the March 2024 real estate market. Here’s what happened:

Norcross, GA:
We saw an increase in average sales price and average days on market. There was an increase in new listings, but a decrease on actual properties sold. The month’s supply of inventory went up 23% to 1.3 months.

Peachtree Corners, GA:
We saw a decrease on average sales price, but an increase on average list price. There was an increase in new listings and number of properties sold. The month’s supply of inventory decreased 39% to less than a month!

Roswell, GA:
We saw an increase on average list price and average sales price. There was an increase on new listings and number of properties sold. The month’s supply of inventory went down 4% to 1.4 months.

Alpharetta, GA:
We saw an increase on average list price and average sales price. There was an increase on new listings and number of properties sold. The month’s supply of inventory went down 27% to 1.97 months.

The month’s supply of inventory represents the number of months it would take for the current homes on the market to sell, given the current sales pace.

Your North Atlanta Area Market Update for February 2024 is here! 📊

Norcross, GA:
We saw an increase in new homes listed, but a decrease on average sales price. There was about 1.5 months supply of inventory.

Peachtree Corners, GA:
We saw a decrease in average sales price and an increase on average days on the market. There was about 1.3 months supply of inventory.

Roswell, GA:
We saw a decrease in new homes listed, but homes were on the market less days than in January. There was about 2.6 months supply of inventory.

Alpharetta, GA:
We saw an increase in new homes listed, and a decrease for average days on market. There was about 2.9 months supply of inventory.
