1. Clean both sides of your windows for maximum natural light.
2. Inspect and repair or replace torn window screens.
3. Lubricate window tracks and locks with silicone spray.
4. Check and refresh caulking around window frames.
5. Vacuum or wipe window sills and tracks regularly.

Want to support your health goals without spending a lot of money or leaving home?

Here’s a simple idea that many of my clients are loving right now: create a free (or very low-cost) home workout corner.

You don’t need a fancy gym setup. Just:
• Clear a small space (even 6x6 feet works)
• Use a yoga mat or thick towel
• Add a couple of resistance bands or light dumbbells if you have them
• Put on a free YouTube workout or a simple bodyweight routine

Start small, you don't need to have a full gym at home on day 1. Having a dedicated spot in your home makes it much easier to stay consistent and it can even make the house feel more functional and appealing to future buyers.

🚗 Say hello to "The Midnight Rider"! 🖤

After 9 years of faithful service, my Silver Comet started showing her age with some electrical gremlins and the early signs of a transmission issue. Time for a new ride!

I did my research and kept coming back to one vehicle: the Mazda CX-5. Thanks to my friend Keith, I connected with Ivan at Jim Ellis Mazda of Marietta, and after narrowing it down to 3 options, Ivan kept me in the loop every step of the way, even letting me know when one sold and when an earlier appointment slot opened up. Thankfully, my top choice was still there: a Black 2023 Mazda CX-5 with only 9,148 miles!

We took it for a test drive, Ivan walked me through every feature, and we worked out a fair trade-in for the Silver Comet. Rhyan in finance broke down all the numbers clearly so I knew exactly what I was getting. I drove off Thursday, July 30th in my new ride, ready for the next chapter!

If you're in the market for a Mazda, I highly recommend asking for Ivan (404-845-6444) he was on point from start to finish. And Rhyan made the finance side smooth and easy to understand. Jim Ellis Mazda of Marietta, you've got an incredible team!
