Woke up to some amazing news—this home is officially under contract! 🏡✨
I couldn’t be more excited for my wonderful first-time homebuyers. Helping them take this big step has been such a joy, and I’m absolutely ecstatic for what’s ahead for them!

We’re under contract!!

This one is extra exciting — my buyers had seen this house once before and couldn’t stop thinking about it. We went back for a second look, and that was it… they knew it was the one. You know that feeling when something just clicks? That’s exactly what happened.

We’ve been through a handful of showings, ups and downs, a few “almosts,” but this home had everything they were looking for — and more. I’m so happy we were able to lock it down!

These clients are super special to me (as all of mine are), and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s next for them.
