Growing up and learning from her Mother, who was a Top-Producing Agent with Weichert Realtors in Orlando, Florida, was all it took for her to fall in love with the profession. Monica has over 28 years of Real Estate Industry experience, including a background in Title Insurance and Property Management experience in Residential Leasing. Monica specializes in working with Sellers and Buyers, ensuring they have a smooth transition with either selling their property or making the largest purchase they will ever make. Monica has also earned the designation of New Home Specialist and is a Certified Relocation Specialist. Customer service is Monica's strong suit; her motto is "Success in Business is Simple, Take Care of the Customer" Monica is a Florida Native. Monica is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. Born to Cuban parents in Miami, Florida and later moved to Orlando, Florida where she resided for 43 years until her move to Atlanta, Georgia.
