Harpers Glen- paving for phase 1 should be complete today. Model lots sold soon. Our contractor, Fred Smith Cos, has continued to perform given supply chain issues, material shortages and COVID. Always helps to have a $1B partner to rely on when issues come up.

Woodlawn- another strong performance by NVR selling houses. They keep performing. We just need to keep finished lots ahead of them to sell. They never seem to have a hard time getting materials like other builders.
Phase 2 construction almost finished. Hopefully paving this month and all 194 lots will be complete.

Stallings- the mini-city continues to be built by NVR/Ryan Homes. Phase 2 construction progressing nicely. The geese have figured out we have freshly seeded the site. Sales continue strong even in the face of higher interest rates, supply chain issues and COVID. NVR is a great partner as they continue to perform strong in these times. No better builder partner to have. It’s been a great team.

Woodlawn- Ryan’s sales sign now up! They already have had over 800 hits on the website. Expect 30 sales in the first 30 days when the model opens in June. Exciting activity. Model houses are looking good.
