⚠️ Before somebody comes for me — this is satire. 😂

But unfortunately… there ARE agents out there who move a little too much like this.

Buying or selling a home is a huge decision. Your agent’s job isn’t to push you toward whatever gets them paid faster. It’s to give you the information, point out the good AND the bad, protect your interests, and help you make the decision that’s best for you.

You don’t need a salesperson trying to close you.

You need a team in your corner. 🏡🤝

And if your Realtor starts acting like the guy in this video… 🚩😂

Okay, real talk… I always tell my clients, you’re not getting rid of me that easily 😂

We’re still gonna talk. We’re still gonna stay in touch. And honestly, a lot of my clients have turned into really good friends over the years.

BUT… after months of talking every day, being in the group chat, looking at houses, negotiating, stressing, celebrating… closing day comes and I’m like—

Wait… we don’t talk every day anymore? 🥺
We don’t get to go look at houses anymore??

So yes, go enjoy your new home. I’ll leave you alone… kinda.

Head north OTP and life starts looking more like bigger yards, parks and trails, Avalon, Downtown Alpharetta, Suwanee Town Center, Cu***ng City Center… and yes, accepting that you’re probably driving there 😂

What makes a good real estate agent in North Atlanta? 🏡

Knowing the market? Of course.
Knowing contracts and how to negotiate? Absolutely.

But I think a BIG part of this job is knowing your client.

Knowing when they need more information. When they need you to slow things down. When they need you to take the lead. And sometimes… when they need you to tell them, “Hey, I don’t think this is the one.”

Because my job isn’t just to get you to the closing table.

It’s to help you make a decision you’re still going to feel good about after the excitement wears off.

Sometimes that means negotiating harder. Sometimes it means pointing out the thing you didn’t notice because you already fell in love with the kitchen 😂. And sometimes it means telling you something you probably don’t want to hear.

I’ve always believed the best advice isn’t necessarily the advice that gets the deal done.

It’s the advice that takes care of the person sitting in front of me.

A lot of that never makes it into the closing photo or the “JUST SOLD” post, but to me, that’s the most important part of what I do.

That’s the Realtor I want to be known as.

Tuve la suerte de que un cliente, que hoy sigue siendo un gran amigo, me presentara a esta increíble pareja. Y eso es algo que me encanta de este trabajo… muchas veces una relación empieza con bienes raíces y termina convirtiéndose en una amistad.

Con ellos fue exactamente así. Entre conversaciones, visitas a casas, muchas risas y hasta compartir el sufrimiento después de leg day y los entrenamientos de HYROX 😂💀, tuve la oportunidad de conocerlos de verdad y disfrutar muchísimo todo este proceso con ellos.

Hoy me hace súper feliz verlos comenzar esta nueva etapa en su nuevo townhome. 🏡❤️ Estoy muy orgulloso de ustedes y de todo lo que hicieron para llegar hasta aquí.

Al final no siento que simplemente gané dos nuevos clientes… siento que gané dos nuevos amigos, y sé que voy a seguir siendo parte de sus vidas mucho después de este cierre.

Apparently 20% down has the best PR team in real estate 😂🏡

Do you need 20% to buy a house? Nope.

There are loan programs that allow qualified buyers to purchase with far less down — sometimes as little as 3–3.5%, and even 0% for certain programs.

Moral of the story: don’t let the “20% rule” talk you out of buying before you’ve even looked at your options.
