My clients are selling the home I built for them in Peachtree Park in 2022. Maybe you or someone you know is looking for a comfortable place in Buckhead.

This 2370 square feet Single Family home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is located at 785 Martina Dr NE, Atlanta, GA.

Welcome to my Peachtree Park, 1938 built, whole house restoration project.

After building a new custom home a few doors up from here, this house suffered an internal fire that devastated the home.

We executed multiple engineering assessments and planning and budgeting exercises to begin the restoration process.

It was an overwhelmingly emotional process for my clients who’ve owned the home for some thirty-years.

We’re now at about 90% completion.

I’ll update the post soon with additional photography to show the Cambria countertops, Café appliances and iron entry doors.

Thanks for looking.
