🇺🇸 Happy Labor Day! 👊🏼

Today we celebrate the people who work hard, show up, build businesses, care for families, serve their communities, and keep everything moving forward.

Whether your work happens at a desk, on a job site, in a classroom, behind the wheel, at home, or somewhere in between — thank you for all that you do. ❤️

I hope you’re taking a little time today to relax, enjoy the people you love, and soak up these last bits of summer. ☀️

And if one of your goals this year is to make a move, build wealth through real estate, or find a place that feels a little more like home — you know where to find me. 🏡

Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸

Some closings are a little more bittersweet than others. 🥹🏡

Earlier this week, we officially said goodbye to 2507 Stonegate Dr NW — a townhouse that will always hold a very special place in our hearts.

This wasn’t just a townhouse. It was where Mike and I fell in love, where we built so many memories together, and where we found out we were going to have our baby girl. 💕 It was also where we merged our lives and Dylan McKay spent countless hours stalking squirrels like it was his full-time job. 😂🐿️🐶

It was also the place where I started my real estate career. I took a leap, started building my business, and found some early success — all while building a life that I’m incredibly grateful for.

So yes, saying goodbye is bittersweet. But I’m also really excited for what comes next.

We’re closing the door on this chapter and opening another one in Cartersville, where we’re creating our own little homestead and starting a whole new adventure together. 🌿🏡❤️

Here’s to the homes that become part of our stories — and to the ones that help us build the foundation for what comes next.

Sold, with a whole lot of memories attached. ❤️

I’ve still got a huge backlog to catch up on for May, but for now…this one “Just Closed” in June! 🎉🏡

So excited for my amazing client who just closed on this adorable ranch on a basement in Roswell—all the way from California!

What makes this one extra special? My client purchased the home completely sight unseen and trusted my team and me to guide him through the entire relocation process from across the country. That level of trust is never lost on me, and I truly feel honored to have helped make this transition as smooth as possible.

He’s also a military veteran, which makes this closing even more meaningful. Helping those who have served our country is always something I’m incredibly grateful for. 🇺🇸

Since this was a virtual closing from across the country, we didn’t get our traditional closing photo—but I’m looking forward to finally meeting him in person when he moves here in August!

Huge thank you to Melia Morgan Conigliaro and the entire team at Method Real Estate Advisors for another smooth and successful closing! Teamwork makes the dream work. ✨🤑

📊 North Metro Atlanta Market Update — June 2026 🏡

The market is definitely shifting… but not crashing. Buyers are being more selective, homes are sitting a little longer, and pricing strategy matters more than ever right now. Translation? The “list it and pray” era is officially over. 😅

Here’s what I’m seeing across Acworth, Canton, Dallas, Kennesaw, Marietta & Woodstock:

✨ Marietta continues leading in average sales price
✨ Canton & Woodstock are still seeing strong buyer activity
✨ Dallas remains one of the more affordable options for buyers entering the market
✨ Inventory is climbing, giving buyers more choices (and more leverage)
✨ Well-priced, updated homes are STILL moving quickly

Average days on market across these areas are hovering around the 30–47 day range, which tells us buyers are taking their time and comparing options before pulling the trigger.

If you’re thinking about selling this year, strategy matters more than timing. The homes winning right now are:

✔️ Priced correctly from day one
✔️ Properly marketed
✔️ Move-in ready or thoughtfully prepared

And buyers? You finally have a little breathing room again. No more needing to sell your soul and your firstborn to win a house. 😂

Want to know what your home would realistically sell for in today’s market? Send me a message. I’ll give you the honest version, not the Zillow fantasy number. 👀

I truly love what I get to do for a “job” every day. Paula Lafenetre was literally one of the first leads I called when I joined Method Real Estate Advisors over two years ago! We hit it off immediately.

These particular clients are now like family to me. Love them to pieces and so glad they’re finally making a home here in Dallas, GA! 🖤🙌🏼 It only took over a year and several heartbreaks before finally finding “the one”! 😂😅

Thanks for the shot out, Paula! I’m so glad y’all love your gift! 🫶🏼

👀 POV: Bougie 2-year-old luxury buyer… and she’s not impressed easily 💅👜

🎤 “This home has FIVE bedrooms…”
👜 “Okay… but is the pool saltwater? My Hair bleach does not agree with chlorine.”

…she’s asking the right questions.

📍2190 Northfield Ct, Marietta
Fully renovated (like actually—roof, HVAC, water heater, windows ✔️)
Open-concept kitchen with custom painted cabinets + herringbone backsplash
TWO living rooms = options (or avoidance 😌)
Primary suite = boutique hotel energy
Private, oversized yard + saltwater pool
NO HOA 🙌🏼
Unfinished basement = instant equity

Backyard review:
“Why are we paying for beach vacations when we could just… live HERE?”

At this point I’m just the assistant. She’s closing this deal. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼
