Some closings are a little more bittersweet than others. 🥹🏡

Earlier this week, we officially said goodbye to 2507 Stonegate Dr NW — a townhouse that will always hold a very special place in our hearts.

This wasn’t just a townhouse. It was where Mike and I fell in love, where we built so many memories together, and where we found out we were going to have our baby girl. 💕 It was also where we merged our lives and Dylan McKay spent countless hours stalking squirrels like it was his full-time job. 😂🐿️🐶

It was also the place where I started my real estate career. I took a leap, started building my business, and found some early success — all while building a life that I’m incredibly grateful for.

So yes, saying goodbye is bittersweet. But I’m also really excited for what comes next.

We’re closing the door on this chapter and opening another one in Cartersville, where we’re creating our own little homestead and starting a whole new adventure together. 🌿🏡❤️

Here’s to the homes that become part of our stories — and to the ones that help us build the foundation for what comes next.

I’ve still got a huge backlog to catch up on for May, but for now…this one “Just Closed” in June! 🎉🏡

So excited for my amazing client who just closed on this adorable ranch on a basement in Roswell—all the way from California!

What makes this one extra special? My client purchased the home completely sight unseen and trusted my team and me to guide him through the entire relocation process from across the country. That level of trust is never lost on me, and I truly feel honored to have helped make this transition as smooth as possible.

📊 North Metro Atlanta Market Update — June 2026 🏡

The market is definitely shifting… but not crashing. Buyers are being more selective, homes are sitting a little longer, and pricing strategy matters more than ever right now. Translation? The “list it and pray” era is officially over. 😅

Here’s what I’m seeing across Acworth, Canton, Dallas, Kennesaw, Marietta & Woodstock:

✨ Marietta continues leading in average sales price
✨ Canton & Woodstock are still seeing strong buyer activity
✨ Dallas remains one of the more affordable options for buyers entering the market
✨ Inventory is climbing, giving buyers more choices (and more leverage)
✨ Well-priced, updated homes are STILL moving quickly

Average days on market across these areas are hovering around the 30–47 day range, which tells us buyers are taking their time and comparing options before pulling the trigger.
