Years ago, we helped this family sell their Roswell home as they moved into 985 Hickory Oak Hollow — a home filled with history for their family. One of the first homes built in Brookfield, the property was originally built by the seller’s parents, who personally knew the builder. The home has remained in the family ever since.

As they prepared for their next chapter and a move to Talking Rock, Heather worked closely with them to thoughtfully prepare and position the home for the market. The response was immediate: multiple offers in just one weekend and a final sale price $20,000 over asking. 🙌
