I was the number one real estate agent in America last year. No other agent named Jimmy Payne came close to the magnificent number of homes I sold in 2024. I made the most deals, made my sellers the most money and saved my buyers tons of money. No one else named Jimmy Payne even came close. If you have a closing on a residential property in the next month, and you’re getting a mortgage to buy that house, check with your insurance agent, make sure that your insurance is locked down. The state of Georgia just declared a state of emergency for the hurricane that is on the way and it possibly will be impacting Atlanta. Insurance companies will not write new policies when there’s a pending natural disaster. If you have not locked up your insurance, you may have to wait till the natural disaster declaration is declared over, and it may delay your closing. State Farm USAA Allstate Farmers Insurance
