Today we're celebrating Itzel's 4-year work anniversary! 🎉

For the past four years, Itzel has been an incredible part of the Rent Appeal team. Her dedication, positive attitude, and commitment to our owners, residents, and teammates make a difference every single day.

We're so grateful to have our favorite "Itzel Pretzel" on the team. Thank you for everything you do—we're lucky to have you!

Happy 4-year anniversary, Itzel! 💙

🕒 Just 2 minutes can make a huge difference! NARPM Atlanta is rallying for your immediate support. We have two pivotal bills in the Georgia legislature that need your attention:

🚫 OPPOSE HB 404: A bill that limits security deposits to double the monthly rent and demands the dangerous practice of physically posting notices on tenants' doors. Stand against this bill by voicing your opposition here: https://omg.quorum.us/campaign/57123/

✅ SUPPORT HB 1121: This legislation is fighting to keep short-term rentals alive in Georgia by preventing local governments from imposing bans or excessive regulations. Show your support and help ensure the future of property management and ownership rights: https://omg.quorum.us/campaign/57120/

Your voice is powerful—take a moment to click the links and let our lawmakers know where you stand on these issues. Protect your industry, protect your rights.
