It was such a sweet afternoon of celebrating one of our wonderful women here at Vickery Rose. Our dining room supervisor created an elegant table setting with rose napkins and cups overflowing with pink and pearls. Our sous Chef made a delicious cake that we served for all her friends and family to enjoy. Happy 100 years of a life well lived! 🎂

For the month of September, Vickery Rose hosted different guest speakers talking about the History of Sewing Machines and Quilt Making. We wrapped up the month by having a resident Textile Showcase. Our residents displayed some lovely embroidery and quilts that they handmade or their family members did. It made for a wonderful afternoon!

On Sunday we got to specially recognize all of our grandparents that live at Vickery Rose. A grandparent's love, support, and wisdom is like no other. And if you aren't a grandparent, I am sure you have blessed other lives along the way. Thank you for all you do! It was great seeing pictures of all the grandkids displayed within the community.
