✔️ Knowing entirely too much about septic permits, due diligence, and HOA docs

Sources say she “simply refuses to quit until her clients win.” One past client, that now lives in Florida, said she completely ruined him because he moved to Florida and did not get the same level of attention from his Realtor there.

We were able to more than double the size of a home for our repeat buyers. The first home they bought, they had no kids, now they have 3 and needed something bigger. The same day they purchased we negotiated multiple offers on 35 acres and got a great price for our seller.

I get a phone call today from a realtor that I did a referral to a couple of years ago. He finally sold the property for the couple I referred to him, and although my referral was only dated through last October, he still wants to honor that referral. Wow! He is in another state and I would never have known. I will definitely be referring him to all of my Virginia buyers and sellers!
