It's been a minute since I've posted, so I figured I would update everyone with some transactions I've had for June.

1. Congrats to my first time home buyers that were able to close on their home in Hutto, and thank you Jacob Studdard for helping them throughout the process.
2. I want to thank Julie Atterbury with Perry Homes. She answered all my clients' questions and was able to get them a solid deal on this beautiful property in Carpenter Hill.
3. I can't wait to see the final product of the Northfork Subdivision home. My clients are customizing everything with this home on an acre lot!
4. Last but not least, is my client's investment property that will end up being used for Airbnb. It is located within walking distance of the ocean and a renowned restaurant on South Padre Island. If anyone is interested in taking a vacation to South Padre and needing a place to stay, then let me know! (Listed by Rio Isla Realty)

I've been away from social media, so I figured I'd update everyone with some of my deals over the past month or so. It's definitely been busy and I appreciate all those that have reached out or referred my name to others that are looking to buy/sell a house. If you, or anyone you know, have any questions about real estate, then please don't hesitate to reach out.
