We had to get a little creative for this one, but we got it done. We found an adorable 1920’s bungalow in a really cool neighborhood just minutes from downtown San Antonio, AND under budget!!

Today was closing day for one of our clients! They were looking for a very specific home so it took a lot of hunting and more than a few months, in this busy sellers market, but we made it! They have a super cute bungalow to breathe life into, and are super excited about their first home purchase; we are super excited about it, too!!
