This holiday season, we invite the public to donate at any of our actively managed properties to give to a special cause. Donations should be for adult sizes only, other clothes items such as socks, shirts, etc are also welcome.

At Lewis Investments, we have searched for ways to offer our experience to problem-solve solutions for Homelessness in our home city of Austin, TX.

The Other One’s Foundation was the door for us to begin making efforts in our beloved community.

We hope to bring some comfort and security to residents at The Other One’s Foundation this year by gathering donations from all our local properties as our team members come to town for our Holiday Party.

We invite anyone who wants to donate to drop off items at any one of our local offices!

This beautiful 31-acre park boasts a year-round breezy and subtropical climate. VIP La Feria RV Park is also a former 3-time Texas Recreational Vehicles Associate award-winning park.

We are excited to revive the park's amenities and bring much-needed updates across the board to support and uplift this community through strategic investment and development.

As of today, Giving Tuesday, our Lewis Investments Team is proud to display the charities we support.

Our largest charity project to date is Camp Esperanza by The Other Ones Foundation. The Lewis Investments team is in its final week of Construction of the wastewater line. Next, we will install the fire line, fire hydrants, and water lines to connect to the new bathroom, and shower facilities.

Camp Esperanza is scheduled to be finalized in the Spring of 2022.

We can all make an impact by just showing up,
it all matters,
from the smallest to the largest donations, of time, and money.
