The hayscountytx Tax Office property tax system goes offline TODAY, September 21 at 6 PM.

🏡 Have a Hays County property under contract? Make sure your sellers obtain their paid tax receipts and needed tax records BEFORE 6 PM today to help avoid potential closing delays.

📅 Services are anticipated to return Oct. 13 at 8 AM (tentatively).

🚨 IMPORTANT unlockMLS CHANGES FOR REALTORS®!

Agents, take note of this one! As of September 8, the CDOM reset period has changed from 90 days to 30 days. Listings that were Expired or Withdrawn and off market as of August 9 may now be relisted with zero CDOM.

Be sure you’re aware of this change when discussing relisting strategies with your clients! 🏡
