💙 Happy Father’s Day to the men who have helped shape my life in so many ways.

To my dad—thank you for the example you set, the lessons you taught, and the love and support you’ve given me through every stage of life. Some of my favorite memories started with you.

And to my husband—watching you be a dad to Bowen is one of my greatest joys. Thank you for the patience, encouragement, laughter, soccer practices, bedtime stories, and all the little moments that make such a big impact.

Today I’m feeling especially grateful for the fathers, grandfathers, stepdads, and father figures who show up, lead with love, and help make a house feel like home.

Before this home ever hit the market, these sellers put in the work:

✔️ Deep cleaned the entire home
✔️ Cleaned windows inside and out
✔️ Touch-up paint throughout
✔️ Removed curtain rods and repaired walls

None of these projects were massive. But together, they help create something every seller wants: a great first impression.

One of the biggest mistakes I see is assuming buyers only notice the big-ticket items. In reality, buyers notice how a home feels. Clean, cared for, and well-maintained goes a long way.

Everyone thinks buying or selling a home is pretty simple:
🏡 Find a house
📝 Sign some paperwork
🔑 Get the keys

But behind every closing, there’s a lot happening to protect you.
✔️ Inspections
✔️ Appraisals
✔️ Title work
✔️ Loan approval & underwriting
✔️ Insurance, surveys, HOA documents, and more

Each step requires coordination between multiple parties and has important deadlines attached to it.

So if it feels like things are moving slower than you’d like, it’s usually because a lot is happening behind the scenes—not because nothing is happening at all.

My job is to keep everything moving, keep you informed, and help make sure no detail gets missed along the way.

Because a smooth closing isn’t luck. It’s preparation. 🙌
