Wow! Two months in a row! I’m honored and humbled to received the Top Listing Agent award for both July and August! The Austin real estate market has had some very dynamic shifts over the the last two months with total sales down over 24% from the previous year and a flood of new listings leading to the most “active” number of homes for sale since September 2018. It feels so good to be recognized as someone who can help homeowners get their home sold even when everyone else is saying “nothing is selling.” I am so grateful for the trust of all my awesome clients and for the strong team supporting me.
