MATT BAKER
P.E./REALTOR®/CO-OWNER

A native Texan and resident of the Austin area since 1993, Matt is known for his integrity and loyalty to his clients. Along with being a licensed real estate agent since 2012, Matt has a BS in Engineering from Texas A&M, and is a licensed Professional Engineer and Peace Officer. Matt primarily represents first-time buyers, families who are relocating or resizing, and residential investment properties. He is also Baker Realty’s farm and ranch specialist, helping clients find that perfect get-away place. Matt best serves his clients by being a good listener and understanding their needs, which he turns into a list of homes tailored to fit their preferences. At the end of the day, Matt is happiest when he helps his clients find their dream home while keeping them within their specified budget. Matt prides himself on being accessible, knowledgeable, and professional, while providing a relationship that holds confidentiality and loyalty in the highest regard – the overall mission of Baker Realty. A native Texan, Natasha is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. Upon graduation, she utilized her degree, working in genetics, where she refined her finesse for paying great attention to detail. However, in 1999, she decided to make a professional career change and now helps individuals buy, sell, and invest in the greater Austin area - noting her desire to advise and guide people and look out for their best interests. As a REALTOR®, Natasha specializes in residential and luxury properties. Her determination, hard-working attitude, and thoughtful, compassionate personality are the keys to her success with clients.
