Previously, Ryan worked as an accounts manager for REO (foreclosure) properties by selling fo
reclosures and overseeing the REO Team and all aspects of the process from property assignment to closing. Managing these processes has given Ryan the abilities of time management, problem solving, organization, and task delegation in order to meet or beat the demanding deadlines and exceed client expectations. Throughout his career, Ryan has completed thousands of Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) and has become an expert on accurately pricing properties to sell or lease for the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time. This is an invaluable skill for success in the real estate industry. In addition, Ryan is proficient in the marketing of his properties to create maximum exposure, and is a skilled negotiator to ensure the best deal for his clients. While he continues to maintain expertise and a strong community presence in residential real estate sales, Ryan also represents Tenants and Owners in Commercial Sales and Leasing. Ryan is a native Round Rocker and he is amazed at the growth the area has witnessed. He is an active participant in the community, giving back through his work with charities and neighborhood functions. In addition to being an active member of the Round Rock Rotary Club, Ryan is a graduate of Leadership Round Rock, Class of 2015, and now Chairs the program for the Round Rock Chamber of Commerce. In his personal life, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica and their three children. Together, they enjoy live music, great food, and spending time with friends. They love to explore everything Texas has to offer, and enjoy traveling as often as they can.
