real estate markets from large ranch sales to the buying and selling of small historical homes in town. After many years of living in Houston and spending all of her free time out in the country--Jan and her family have made Brenham their permanent home. “Every Sunday evening we would be so sad to leave our farm. We would leave later and later to the point where driving back to the city was torture” Jan explains. She now lives on a farm just outside of Brenham with her 8 year old daughter Georgia, her husband of 24 years Chris, 3 spoiled Labradors, 2 rescue American Saddlebred horses and a fabulous herd of longhorns. Needless to say she is thrilled to finally call beautiful Washington County home!
