MONEY MARKET UPDATE
The housing market is not behaving exactly the same across Northwest New Jersey. Morris County had more homes available in July, while inventory actually dropped in Sussex and Warren counties. Prices rose in all three, but buyers may experience very different levels of competition depending on where they are looking.
That is why local numbers matter more than a national headline. A move just one county over can change the price point, pace, and options available. 🏡
